What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered hygiene care with efficiency and compassion
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and assist with thorough documentation
- Deliver smooth, professional handoffs to doctors and assistants during exams
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care in a clear, approachable way
- Partner with the team to keep the schedule on track and the patient experience seamless
- Support referrals and follow-ups to ensure complete continuity of care
Who You Are
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia
- Passionate about patient care and prevention
- Detail-oriented with excellent charting/documentation habits
- A true team player who values communication and collaboration
- Confident, professional, and respectful with both patients and colleagues
- Motivated to grow with a practice that values efficiency and accountability
